25 years of continuous employment as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of The Electroline Manufacturing Company, Cleveland Ohio 1976 - 1997 and as a consultant until 2000.

Personally responsible for all aspects of a multinational electrical manufacturer of conduit fittings. Major personal accomplishments include leading the organization to 5 fold profitable growth in 25 years leading to the sale to NYSE listed Thomas & Betts. Major contributions include production and distribution of over 1,500 items, merchandizing and marketing, branding. Responsibility for all aspects of sales management including training and directing all inside sales managers, and more than 40 independent sales representative firms. Responsible for producing all corporate publications, scheduling and leading all sales meetings and presenting numerous national and customer trade shows annually.

Excellence in customer service and relations from “mom and pop” distributors to industry leaders including the board rooms of Fortune 500 companies. Strong personal phone service and clerical skills, with excellence in email, and corporate correspondence.

Strong computer and software experience having specified, purchased, installed, managed and operated several computer and software systems. Experienced in using all current software programs including Excel, Office, Mail Chimp and Social Media platforms.

Key to my professional success was management and supportive communication with my employees and 40+ independent sales representative firms, hundreds of suppliers, and thousands of all levels of customers. Served on the National Electrical Code Board. Other accomplishments include several patents, and engineering numerous new and improved products.

I was responsible for all financial management and reporting, working with book keepers and CPA’s producing daily, monthly and annual reports. Created and managed budgets.
