Trained inexperienced staff and developed curriculum for professional training of existing staff, including establishing curriculums for Drug and Alcohol Recovery Groups. Referred consumers to NA meetings and support groups and initiated the referral process for individuals to hospital facilities for detox or rehabilitation admissions.
