PROJECT MANAGEMENT

DELIVERY MANAGEMENT
Develop plans and schedule project deliverables, goals, milestones and revising as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
Analyzing the assigned projects and distributing the tasks to the members as per their area of expertise.
Manage day-to-day execution of project implementations. Assist with the planning, tracking, documentation, and status updates for the project.
