Data entry. Answer phones and generate work requests for all military and city owned facilities and properties. These requests can come via intra-net, phone, fax, and e-mail from either the general public, other employees, or military and civilian staff. Process and submit high volumes of invoices to accounting for payment. I also am responsible for maintaining the payments and documentation of various Contracts for the City, U.S. Military, and DMDC. Record keeping and special projects requested by multiple supervisors, General Service Manager, and military Public Works department. While working out-of-class as an Administrative Assistant II for 3-4 years I performed the additional following tasks while still providing back-up Administrative I duties: processing payroll, and time card entry for 60 plus employees within our department. Open and process high volume of mail, monthly Cal-card processing and reallocating for 60 plus employees. Also, posting and processing high volumes of invoices for payments. We have recently implemented the GFEBs entries using the U.S. Military system which requires extensive data entry, researching, and gathering data from our Hansen/Infor to complete these entries. All of our tasks performed are budget driven. I have also created new spreadsheets used by our General Services Superintendent for Inter-department reimbursements and fund tracking also for monitoring contractors and work performance. I have requested and monitored P.O.'s and created short or one-page contracts for contractors and large material purchases using programs such as Eden and Sire.
