Transformation Delivery Lead (St Kitts) (St Kitts Rollback) (June 2025 – October 2025)

Spearhead the St Kitts rollback from CSG Single View solution to legacy solution. This includes the configuration and implementation of the MyDigicel app, directly contributing to increased user activation, transaction volumes, and customer retention in the St. Kitts market.

Collaborated cross-functionally with the product development team (Agile), the St Kitts Market team and the digital operations teams (Product Owner) to deliver high-impact features and optimize user journeys, resulting in measurable improvements.
