BLAZE® is an award-winning cannabis software suite for cannabis dispensaries and delivery services. I joined Blaze at an early stage as one of their first few employees & made an impact acting as trusted industry & product advisor to clients, contributing to product adoption and acting as Voice of the Customer to internal dev teams to whom I relayed valuable feedback from the field/our users and championed for the product enhancement needs/desires of my client accounts as well as partner integrators.
• Onboarded/consulted with approx. 100 key storefront & delivery retail accounts (single & multi-store), responsible for post-sale SaaS training (owner operator/master admin and ground floor retail employees), implementation, white glove remote and in-person launch support, client x partner integrator support/relationship management, and data migration execution facilitation/management (BOB est. $80k MRR @ 90% Retention Rate)
