Worked on the Flint Hills Resources’ West Refinery Expansion Project that was launched in August 2012, with an estimated TIC of more than $800 million. Flint Hills Resources operates two Corpus Christi refineries: the East Refinery, with a capacity of about 70,000 barrels per day, and the West Refinery, with a capacity of about 230,000 barrels per day of crude oil.

Worked on the reverse flow of an existing 330 mile crude oil pipeline project from Shell’s East Houston, TX facility to the Clovelly, LA facility. The TIC for this project was estimated at $145 million with Engineering and Detailed Design worth over $35 million.

Worked on Consumer’s Cooperative Refining Ltd (CCRL) located in Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada which was the largest refinery expansion program in Mustang’s 21-year history. The TIC for this Overall program was estimated at over $1 billion with Engineering and Detailed Design worth over $100 million divided into seven different projects/units.

Responsible for forecasting project cost and developing an accurate Estimate to Complete.

Compiled all man-hours and dollars for all disciplines for issue to the client.

Managed database used for progressing each discipline’s work and productivity.

Responsible for controlling the many facets of Change Management which totaled over
