Summary of Qualifications
Over 30 years of Environmental Services management experience. Customers demand faster response to their requirements with no lessening of the quality of their products and service. A company's mission-critical objectives are to provide better, faster service with continuous quality improvements. I strongly believe that companies can improve service and quality while reducing overall costs only if they are committed to continuously adopting and using advanced knowledge-based productivity tools. The right definition of today's manager is one who is responsible for the application and performance of knowledge. A manager who is adept at building successful teams that accept and employ knowledge-based tools will be a significant contributor to a company's achievement of competitive advantage and profitability.
