Key Responsibilities

Led and monitored the daily Warehouse operations to ensure spares, tools and other materials support is provided to line maintenance, base maintenance, shops and 3rd party’s aircrafts.

Oversaw the day to day business activities within the Main Store and Sub-stores areas ensure the accurate processing of receiving, binning, picking, packing, shipping, issue & transfer orders are maintained at all times ensuring the movement of stock is accurately recorded within the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and automated storage and retrieval systems.

Implemented processes of FIFO for S/L Expiry materials, freezer materials and managed fast moving materials at easy accessible area, and identified slowing moving/ dead items in monthly stock reports, and manage oversized units.

Monitored physical stock count as per schedule and stock discrepancies, variances adjustments (matching with system) and finally report to warehouse management & also monitored 3rd party & consignment stock.

Ensured all identified scrap/expired items are properly processed according to current policies and procedure through Dubai Municipality.

Managed staff performance (KPI) and optimized the efficiency of the materials flow as per target and maintained efficiency in fast-paced environment. Also arranged training for new joiners on specific skills.

Influenced vendors and maintenance agency for earliest recovery of MHEs/Kardex Machines other equipments in case of break down and monitor the MHE log-book.

To carry out the visual inspection of received packages as per company policy & to raise Store Discrepancy Reports (SDR) in case of any damage/deficiency and take up with concerned section for earlier clearance of discrepancies.

Set up an SDR team to maintain all discrepant items and clear upon removal of discrepancies.

Delegate shipments to staff and arrange optimum use of manpower minimizing over-time and roster as per workload.

Liaise with quality team for inspections & clearance of receipt and forward to binning team for put away.
