Owner/Operator of Braselton Brewing Company. Opened in 2018 and at its peak did about $1.3 million in revenues. We brew all on beer onsite and usually have 15 on tap at any point in time. We were operating a full-service kitchen. We routinely scored over 90 (Out of 100) on our Health Department audit inspections. We also handled special events as a venue for weddings, rehearsal dinner, birthdays, anniversaries, etc.
