Once she learned about my success in leading Cathedral Square, the administrator asked me to join this community (120 beds) to create a plan and lead the management team, hands-on care staff, and auxiliary staff to a successful survey with minimal deficiencies. Position: Blueprint Project Manager

Managed all staff under the umbrella of the community health team as we embarked on a project to certify all family practices as Medical Homes and support the effort to set up the practice-based HUB and SPOKE initiative for opioid dependent patients. This project, just a piece of the initiative known as Vermont Blueprint for Health, was state-funded and unique to Vermont. I gained good insight into the politics of the state regarding health care in the family practice offices, and the need for accessible and affordable treatment for opioid and other substance addiction. Employer: Fletcher Allen Health Care (6/2005-7/2012) Position: RN Lead for Employer Health Management Programming Leading a team of high-functioning and competent nurses, we ventured out into the community to offer lifestyle health testing and education.
