Lafayette County Circuit Court June 2025-Present

File all legal documents for criminal cases, including but not limited to indictments, motions, and verdicts.

Process all criminal cases filed in the circuit court.

Maintain dockets, which include all criminal cases.

Manage and maintain court records and public records online.

Collect and disburse court costs, fines, fees, and forfeitures.

Attend all court hearings and trials.

Issue subpoenas and summonses.

Work closely with Circuit Court judges and Attorneys regarding criminal cases.

Faulkner County District Court-City of Conway – Deputy Court Clerk October 2022-June 2025

Work side-by-side with the District Judge regarding traffic and criminal cases.

Acts as a liaison between the judge and a variety of others including, attorneys, law enforcement agencies, defendants, etc.

Process all citations and schedule all court hearings for the Conway City Police Department, Faulkner County Sheriff’s Department as well as the Arkansas State Police. Issue and process warrants, both city and county as well as bonds. As a Court clerk, it is also my duty to report all activity of the court to the proper state agencies, whether that be monthly, weekly or daily.

Seal (expunge) records at the request of defendants or attorneys once all information has been researched and approved by the Judge.
