As a HR Manager, I was responsible for leading the team in conceptualizing, organising and successfully conducting a professionals' event named 'Young Idea Conclave' which garnered the interest of students, teachers and parents for starting a unique platform where all the guidance for personal and professional development for the student community were made available in an interactive environment. Sashi Tharoor MP was the Chief Guest. Teacher Partner @ CueMath Pvt Ltd (a home based after school Maths foundation program) Oct ’17 – Present CueMath is a sophisticated after-school math learning program for children from KG to 8th grade. Designed by math, education and technology graduates from IIT, IIM, Cambridge, Stanford and Harvard. Cuemath is making thousands of children great at math. As a CueMath teacher, the overall responsibility is to bring interest for kids in Mathematics and lay foundation to understand basic mathematics using various tools such as worksheets, tab based exercises and puzzle cards. The teacher would be taking children on a math adventure through a combination of worksheets, tab-based exercises and mathematical puzzle cards. Children benefit from the best of the offline as well as online worlds with three in-person sessions every week. The daily routine includes:
● Helping students in solving the CueMath worksheets
● Helping them complete their Tab based Cuemath exercises
