I am a committed, focused, and positive individual with a passion for retail. My seven-years of retail experience has developed my confident approach with customers. This role offered me the exciting challenge to memorise different intricate metal pieces in terms of setting, manufacturing, and composition. I was able to adapt quickly to learn these products and use this newfound knowledge to actively engage with customers.
