As a Product Owner working in an agile environment, I lead a team which included a SCRUM master, system engineers and developers. I worked on the development of a Web App to present financial reports to the landlords and a revenue management app which collected sales data from the Sales Channels . In the Product Owner role I did the following

ERP Platform Support Specialist (Sep’17 – Aug ‘20) Coordinated the operational support activities for Microsoft Dynamics AX (D365) at Impark. Impark was implementing Microsoft Dynamics AX (D365) to replace its current financial applications as well as developing custom modules in AX to support Impark’s facilities management and customer payment processes. In this role I did the following;

● Provided operational support for the live modules.

● Coordinated the data migration for the cutover of the new modules.

● Managed the various test and prod environments.

In 2019, Impark was bought over by Reef Technology. Since the buy-over, Reef cancelled the D365 project. However, all applications that were in production continued operating. My role changed to supporting those live modules in D365 and expanded to support other applications (CIS, Web Payment app) which integrated with D365.

Additionally, I implemented CIS Benchmark recommendations in order to secure and monitor the AWS environments that were being configured by Reef Technology. Glentel Inc - A leading Canadian Wireless retail company

Provided both user and technical support for the financial system (Microsoft Dynamics AX) at Glentel. Glentel implemented Dynamics AX in 2010. During the implementation my responsibilities included

Following the implementation, my responsibility evolved to the support and maintenance of the Dynamics AX financial system and the integration to the Point of Sales/Inventory Management system. This included
