Site Project Manager – Fleis & Vanden Brink (December 2023 – Present)

Managed the renovations of a Wastewater Treatment Facility in South Haven, MI. Project includes the addition of a UV treatment building, addition of an effluent splitter structure, Boiler replacement, Blower replacement, demolition of existing Chlorine Contact Tank and Chemical storage/feed building, and other site upgrades. Total project cost - $9.5 million.

Managing new waste water treatment plant on Mackinac Island. New plant includes a Headworks building, Primary and Secondary Clarifiers, a Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor and final UV Disinfectant. Project also includes the renovation of the existing process building and selective demolition of outdated systems.

Facilities Project Manager – Yellow Transportation (June 2018 – March 2023)

Managed Facilities Maintenance in 200 LTL trucking terminal locations in the eastern half of the US with the addition of Louisiana, Arkansas, Texas, New Mexico and Arizona

Completed $20 million budgeted repair and replacement projects each year

Created specifications and work scopes and managed pavement replacement, roofing system replacements, Electrical, Mechanical, Fire Protection system replacements and Lighting retrofits

Created work scope and managed terminal office renovations

Construction Consultant – Hubbell Roth and Clark (August 2017 – May 2018)

Acted as owner’s representative for the engineer overseeing a large repaving project in the City of Kalamazoo. Monitored quality and confirmed quantities of work completed each day to verify payment submittals.

Acted as owner’s representative for the engineer for the renovation and addition to the Waste Water Treatment facility in South Haven Michigan. Ensured construction was completed per the drawings and specifications. Confirmed percent of work completed to verify payment submittal accuracy. Acted as Engineers representative in communications between the contractor, engineer and city.

Completed construction of new 110 dock door trucking terminal with Maintenance facility

Completed construction of building component showroom and granite fabrication facility
