Team Leader with Strong People Skills

I was a team member but had dedication and was a hard worker and was promoted because they saw how much of a leader and guide i am. I can pull my own weight and help others around me well. I trained on everything and when something needed to be done i did it, not only was i helpful in all the areas but i connected with all my co workers and made it a fun experience while getting work done. I have never not been able to make a co worker smile or laugh, my bubbly attitude and contagious laugh is one of my best qualities. I am also working at a hair salon that i have been at for about 3 years now and have built great people skills and a real eye for all things hair and makeup. I have management experience from being a crew chief at portillos and currently working as a hostess/ backserver and culinary dropout.
