Reporting to : ACCOUNTANT AND DIRECTOR OF FINANCE

Duties:

Bank and Cash reconciliation

Prepare and Processing foreign payments transactions

Cash Management

Capturing transactions into ledgers

Preparing payment vouchers and cheques

Maintaining petty cash book

Capturing Salary inputs

Filling accounts documents

Producing Accounts Report to the Management

Preparing Tax returns

Conducting stock taking with internal auditors and external auditors. 2. Regional Finance Officer (Costing): Carlsberg/Castel Malawi Ltd, P/Bag 203, Mzuzu. From 2015 to 2019

Reporting to : National Costing Coordinator and Financial Controller Duties:

Preparing Payments for suppliers and ensuring that documentation is complete and accurate before payment is done.

Raising Receipt Vouchers (G.R.N.) for payment of materials supplied

Ensuring that goods purchased are recorded properly and movement of stock is well managed at all times.
