Began in the Family Therapy Traineeship and transferred into the Postmodern internship program. Provided counseling services for children, adolescents, adults, couples and families in addition to facilitating the domestic violence group for perpetrators.
STAR VIEW COMMUNITY SERVICES: Mental Health Specialist II 2005-2006
Per Department of Mental Health standards, assess, diagnose, identify goals, and treat, children, adolescents, and their families having been referred to the agency from various sources including outreach programs in local schools, Family Courts, and the Dept. of Child and Family Services.

Serves families who are identified as neglecting or abusing or at risk for neglect and abuse. Emphasis is placed on treating all members of the family in groups and every effort is made to help the family stay together.
