Job duties- Check email daily to receive job orders/order changes for door builds. Communicate daily with our sales dept, enter order into system according to dept, date needed and by detailed specifications. Print labels for each order attach with order and sort by dept for correct build. Interact with our build department to be sure any changes or time urgency requests were followed up and met. Upon completion of that days orders i would hand the batch of orders over to my manager, Blake Ciner for inspection and he would send to each dept. I would assist walk in customer as needed with orders, communicated daily with contractors, home builders and our sales people to insure orders were ready for pick up or delivery on specific dates and times. I communicated with our dispatch department to be sure orders were loaded for driver on date requested and gave dispatch delivery drives information such as address and/or contact phone numbers to insure delivery was on time and to the correct job site. I maintained my work area to be neat organized and supplies were ordered in a timely fashion so i was not without items needed to run the daily orders insuring i did not hold up the build line.
