Admin/Personnel Assistant: Required to submit training requests to appropriate office for staff of 250 people. Attend meetings regarding all training available for staff and to inform them of dates and times, when and where courses would be held. All forms were submitted via database within the offices which needed to know for scheduling purposes. I was also responsible for updating all training courses attended by these 250 employees. This involved making calls to other offices to confirm class attendance for the staff. Salary: $10.00 per hour.
