● Drive full-cycle recruitment in a fast-paced, hypergrowth start-up, hiring clinical roles across mental health and medical specialties from source to close.
● Identify and attract high-caliber candidates, leveraging targeted sourcing strategies across LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed and Ashby, as well as referral pipelines.

● Closed historically hard to fill job reqs while exceeding D&I goals- eg. in one year, made 19 total hires, in which 13 (68%) were from underrepresented groups (URG), 4 were sourced.
● Heavily involved in company wide D&I working groups to develop strategies, unconscious bias processes, resources, and sourcing practices to increase hiring from underrepresented groups, which aided in 70% of our hires from URG and 40% from “Focused” URG.
● Manage reporting to HMs to analyze data that can reveal bottlenecks, challenges, etc.
