Duties & Responsibilities:
Implementation and monitoring the HSE Management System, Plans and Safe Work Procedures.
Promoting a strong awareness and personal responsibility for HSE with all management and supervisory personnel.
Reviewing the daily, weekly, and monthly HSE site reports and statistics.
Complying and publishing HSE statistics and communicating to all management and personnel.
Develop specific safety procedures with the Site Team to address identified risks and challenges.
Organize and facilitate training, drills and exercises for emergency preparedness and response.
Promote HSE-related lessons learnt and the exchange of HSE information across Company and Contractor workforce with the goal of achieving higher HSE awareness.
Conducting safety inspections, providing follow-up training, conducting site audits.
Participating in a weekly walkthrough organized by Client (Checklists, Audits, HSE meetings, Weekly Reports, Monthly reports etc.
Organizing Training Sessions
Organizing monthly Safety Recognition Awards.
Maintaining TPC Competency register for the Equipment, Operators, Scaffolders, Riggers, and Lifting Gears etc.
Permit-to-work auditing.
Conducting routine inspection of hazardous activities like confined space, excavation, scaffolding.
Rigging safety. Conduct risk assessment and hazard analysis on critical jobs prior to start. Equipment inspections, Toolbox talk.
Inspection of work site Fire Equipment. on the job observations to guide and correct the workforce to eliminate. Unsafe acts and unsafe conditions which are hazardous to Health, Safety.
