Junk Car Removal Placerville CA 08/2020 to 04/2023
I manage 3 office staff and 5 drivers. I place ads on social media for Junk car removal. I respond to messages and phone calls to get all the needed information. Verify paperwork is correct to be able to take the cars. Then I have to send vin numbers for price quotes. Once I receive the price quote, I schedule a pickup for the vehicle according to geographical location. Once vehicles are picked up and dropped off, I enter all data into a spreadsheet and verify the accounting.

State of California Rancho Cordova CA 09/2007 to 08/2016
Started in the research and response unit answering phones, responding to individuals email inquires for updates and finding unclaimed property. Also responding to letters from individuals requesting research and request for claim forms and how to claim. (About 6 months).
I was asked to participate in the FTB claims evaluation doing strictly owner claims that were reported with social security numbers (2 to 4) months. When that unit started to be shifted to FastTrack I was moved to regular claims and started doing stock claims, heir claims simple and complex, and then trained on business claims. I also worked at the front counter from time to time. (approx. 1 year)
Gina Doll and Julia wing then asked me if I would be interested in the Investigator Unit. I decided to take them up on the offer since I knew all types of claims. Since then I have a broad knowledge of complex heir claims and business claims. I audited the new hires claim packages. Keep records of what needs to be addressed with them. I also assisted my Analyst in complex claims that are sent back to them by the evaluators to do. I am the go to person for the new hires when they have questions on claims. I am always open for questions no matter who it is. They know if I don’t have the answer, I will find it. I contacted holders and investigators on a daily occurrence to get additional information that is needed. I have also done some legal memos and procedure changes.
