Throughout my time at Danka, I supported 6 managers for the service division, payroll for the technicians, service billing, and call entries and feedback for the tech service calls. These duties were performed each day and any task/challenge which was given was taken in stride and completed. For instance, in order for service billing to go smoothly, I had to be patient, use people skills, promote self-efficacy, and be able to adapt to any changes throughout the day. I worked alongside managers, coworkers, and customers to collaborate and resolve issues. As well, I worked through many deals with vice presidents which engaged customers, service managers, and sales reps to review contracts and service-level agreements.
