Lead Improvement project of supply chain (demand planning, production planning, material planning, shipment planning, physical logistics, 3PLs management, import & export process and/or others related processes) for all business units of company.

Utilize experience, exposure & Skills to stream line functions across the chain segments: And bring out the best of warehouse personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation through E-learning, on the job training /Evaluation to improve process.
