Operations Manager Human Resources Troop Command, JOINT BASE SAN ANTONIO, San Antonio TX (04/2022 – 03/2024) Performed and supervised the consolidation of reports and statistics, and prepared recommendations for personnel actions to upper-level management. Maintained the servicing data processing facility and field managers of interfaced systems.

• Improved decision making and enhanced products, performance, and operational processes by integrating real-time data into Integrated Personnel and Pay System- Army (IPPS-A).

• Trained over 350 personnel on the new integrated pay system within a short suspense window with a 100 percent completion rate as directed by the defense health agency.
