Supported Litigation leadership in Executive Assistant capacity and was promoted to Business Manager in 2019. Managed the business operations for the Litigation team as well as assisted the CVP to ensure his leadership success.
Managed Litigation’s rhythm of business contributing to the organization and success of entire team. this role to immediately communicate success and to build value (this can be a metric achieved, award won, problem solved, program supported, etc.).
Supported Litigation CVP in Executive Assistant capacity which allowed him to lead our team successfully. Managed his calendar, travel, and business priorities while anticipating collaboration needs.

Co-led restructuring of City’s information architecture reducing our SharePoint sites from over 30 down to six total sites improving information retrieval for City Clerk’s team and across the City of Bellevue.
Implemented message capture system for City’s Police and Fire departments to meet public disclosure law requirements.
Research of M365 application updates and requirements and convert them to functional requirements for the City and public records management. As part of the M365 Core team we evaluate Microsoft’s products and how they need to be used across the City.
