Establish multi-million-dollar budget and cost control procedures to ascertain the tracking of all project cost.

Work with multiple Program/Project Managers and teams to setup the projects. Setup POs in Maximo and use advanced Excel data reporting.

Discuss scope of work with project team to plan & develop schedules & Milestones in Primavera P6 and SAP; setup budget, forecasts, accruals and closing cycles, and comply with financial reporting standards.

Review Risk Assessments, COPQ (Cost of Poor Quality) and recommend for risk mitigation plan with scope of work and analyze the need for Contingencies.
