Prior to this, I worked as a Manager Operations with Future Group International–Pakistan currently known as Palladium Group (US based International Development Organization) an implementing partner of USAID (Worth 100 million US Dollars) engaged in social sector/public health based in Islamabad. Prior to this, I have been working as a Manager Human Resources with China Petroleum prestigious White Oil Pipeline Project (WOPP, 971 Km worth PKR 17 Billions-with 2000-2500 employees).
I have very good experience in developing and devising policies and procedures. Developing HR Manuals (and its in house training to the staff), Performance Appraisal Tools, Structuring and Re-Structuring departments and staff, capacity building etc. I have strong adherence to compliance and meeting staffing/recruitment deadlines. I am well versed with full administration cycle including Assets Management, Fleet Management, Security, Government Coordination’s, (dealing with home office), Logistics, Warehousing management, Setting Reorder Levels Supply Chain, Procurement Procedures. Have putt up ware house for NFI Kits with full staff during flood in 2010 in Pakistan. Understand Cash for Work Program. I have proficiency in English, Urdu, Pashto and Punjabi languages.
