I attended Eastern Maine Community College for Culinary Arts with my focus on Restaurant and Foodservice Management. With my degree, I not only got culinary training, but also took many business management courses. While obtaining that degree, the courses I took included small business management, marketing, accounting as well as Microsoft and Word training and use. I feel that with my business management class background, as well as my many years working in retail and customer service, I could apply those skills and education to be successful in this role.
