My position was to maintain inventory. Everything was entered into the system by products item number, and description. I would then use the pricing tool to price the product and make the bar codes to be scanned at the register during a sale. I also did account receivables for the larger accounts, and ordered supplies for each department. I worked closely with the head manager of each department to solve any issues, and to make sure products were delivered, inspected, and displayed correctly. If inventory was damaged or defective, I would contact the distributor, and handle the situation in the appropriate manner.

Customer service was a big roll while working with CVS. I also input patrons insurance information, prescription information, and all other relevant information needed to complete the persons profile. I can read medical terminology on prescriptions, and enter them into the database. I also worked in the production process of filling prescriptions. I placed orders, and keep track of inventory, insurance billing, prior authorization, while following all state requirements and HIPPA laws to ensure the utmost respect of each individuals privacy. I was a floater, and I worked at every store in our region. I loved the diversity that comes from working at several locations.

My position as an Administrative Assistant was to input listing into the multiple listing associations (MLS). I would then advertise the properties in multiple destinations to get the most attention. I worked closely with clients, and would search listing to pair the clients with available real estate that fit the criteria.
