As Head of Professional Development & Training, I spearheaded professional growth initiatives across two international school campuses. My key contributions included:
Curriculum & Instructional Design: Developed and implemented comprehensive training programs and materials, integrating diverse teaching methods and technologies to cater to various learning styles. Program Management & Remote Access: Efficiently organized and managed all training aspects, including scheduling, logistics, documentation, and detailed record-keeping. Also leveraged LMS (Learning Management Systems) and Google Suites to provide seamless access for all remote campuses (preschools, primary, secondary), as well as both teaching and non-teaching staff. Team & Individual Development: Led team and individual development initiatives for Victoria School and its Vietnamese preschool network, offering ongoing support, mentoring, and performance management to enhance educator skills. Designed and delivered comprehensive onboarding for all new staff and utilized the LMS for extensive training on curriculum, pedagogy, technology, and school culture across the system.
School System Training: Designed and delivered onboarding training to integrate new teachers, administrative staff, and non-teaching personnel into the Victoria School system. The program ensured a clear understanding of the school curriculum, explicit instruction, strategic goals, technology integration, and the established school culture. As Head of Victoria School English Center: Language School, I led the development and implementation of a new English language pathway in partnership with Cambridge Young Learners.
