As Head of Professional Development & Training, I spearheaded professional growth initiatives across two international school campuses. My key contributions included:

Curriculum & Instructional Design: Developed and implemented comprehensive training programs and materials, integrating diverse teaching methods and technologies to cater to various learning styles. Program Management & Remote Access: Efficiently organized and managed all training aspects, including scheduling, logistics, documentation, and detailed record-keeping. Also leveraged LMS (Learning Management Systems) and Google Suites to provide seamless access for all remote campuses (preschools, primary, secondary), as well as both teaching and non-teaching staff. Team & Individual Development: Led team and individual development initiatives for Victoria School and its Vietnamese preschool network, offering ongoing support, mentoring, and performance management to enhance educator skills. School System Training: Designed and delivered onboarding training to integrate new teachers, administrative staff, and non-teaching personnel into the Victoria School system.
