-Liaise between Production and Maintenance to identify priority issues and schedule time to fix issues. Maintain egg grading equipment, visually inspecting components while running and troubleshooting any problems that are detected

-Troubleshooting (electrical and mechanical). Identifying damaged or worn components. Changing out electric motors, sensors, shafts, rollers, chains, bearings, electrical components. Plumbing and airline installation and upkeep of chemical delivery systems.

-Installing and commissioning new equipment to expand production and building capabilities.

-Experience welding stainless steel, mild steel. (TIG, stick, MIG). Fixing broken supports or building new structural supports

-Complete work orders, active in creating and up-keeping work order flows. Assist in training apprentices.
