At this location, I was tasked with cleaning/emptying carts and carriers that have just landed along with running the dishes through the heavy washing machine. Then I would assemble together the carts, fill them with the designated snacks, sodas, and alcoholic beverages that each flight gets and arrange the carts together making it easy for the people tasked to drive them to the planes. When finished with my task I would help out other people doing flights for different companies. For example I would finish jet blue early then help american airlines. This job required me to memorize the entire layout of the target including specific item locations and be able to pick items for an order, package and ship them and or bag them for people coming to the store to receive the items up the same day. At any point if asked a question by a customer I would have to stop and help them to the best of my ability or get another coworker with the ability to assist them. There are several different departments, to allow my job to run smoothly I needed the ability to work well with others in and out of my department whether they or I needed help.
