Ensuring creation of achievable production schedule based on material availability and cell capacity, to meet production requirements and DC requirements.

Developed master schedule for brazing to support finish good schedules. Set all lot sizes and safety stock on all Skus. Brazing nor subs have never been scheduled at this level before.

First to Launch the Costco Build of 50K units. Created the plan and template schedule for days and weeks needed. Completed build before completion date. Built in 10 weeks which is equivalent to 63 weeks’ worth of planned builds for a similar 1HLV material.
