Holds overall responsibility for the development and operation of comprehensive Maintenance and preventive maintenance in the Machine workshop and entire Bell Equipment plant including all electrical equipment. Maintenance activities conducted on all critical equipment and assistance provided with MTBF and planning on all the machine shop equipment right through entire fabrication plant of heavy mining equipment.

Duties:

• Ensuree that the generator room contains complete wiring and hand tools

• Electrical measuring of equipment, trunking, cable work, fault finding

• Ensure that circuit diagrams are kept in good reliable status for the machine workshop.

• Limit switches transformers mini substations

• A field SME mentoring Apprentices in the Electrical field

• Rebuild, repair, maintenance plans to meet the motor industries standards.

• Evaluate and identify key compliance monitoring areas related to potential training of all equipment in my department.

• Execute, control, and proactively manage reliability analysis to project schedules, including risk identification, risk mitigation and change management (MOC).

• Advise on the development and ongoing evaluation of the company’s procedure, compliance monitoring and enforcement programmed implementation plan.

• Develop and apply criteria for analyzing and approving reliability components of the implementation plan.
