● Completing new patient (40 minute) day 1 Inductions, day 2 post Induction follow up, and medical cadence (modified, weekly, biweekly, monthly, bimonthly) follow-up visits (20 minute) both onsite and via telehealth.
● Completing full physical assessment along with obtainment of biological, psychosocial and family history with thorough documentation.
