HR Process Improvement:

oDrive initiatives to enhance attendance metrics and reduce attrition through structured strategies and training for leaders.

oAnti-Harassment Prevention training and relationships at work was an initiative implemented in the region to provide work tools to decrease the number of escalations that the region had related to these topics that were in the top three escalation types for the region. One of the main actions consisted in facilitating training for all leaders of the Chicago Region.
