During my tenure as a Computer Specialist for the Department of Defense, I served as the Project Officer for Performance Measurement and Capacity Planning within the Central Systems Design Activity. I successfully implemented the Candle Corporation Performance Suite as well as Boole and Babbage packages, each requiring the configuration of at least one SVC. Additionally, I earned certifications in SAS for Report Writing and Advanced Graphics. I am well-prepared to develop detailed specifications for various stages of the system development lifecycle. For example, I have experience creating comprehensive functional specifications and end- user specifications.
My expertise in IBM mainframe programming dates back to the IBM 360/30, and I am recognized as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in numerous areas of MVS.
