• Normally receives no instruction on routine daily work and general instructions on newly introduced assignments.
• Researches, resolves, and follows through on specimen/order exceptions or patient data problems, and problem log queue.
• Make outbound calls to clients to resolve various order issues, including patient information, calculations, test orders, draw dates, etc.
