Perform periodic Reliability/integrity (process safety) audits for various departments against all management systems, and of specific functions or activities within the departments, Example: RCM

(Reliability Centered Maintenance), RBI (Risk Based Inspection), Asset criticality assessments either by FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) or by COFA (Consequences of Failure Assessment), Engineering Modifications, HAZOP (Hazard and Operability), LOPA (Layers of Protection Analysis)…etc..

Undertake Reliability (MTBF), Availability (MTBF/MTBF+MTTR) and Maintainability (MTTR) and Weibull Analysis studies.

Participate in RCM workshops for all disciplines to improve maintenance strategies thus optimize maintenance programs.

Provide engineering expertise in the areas of operation, maintenance, inspection and condition monitoring.

Identify the Chronic occurrence of equipment failure modes and components. Suggests economical long – term solutions.

Analyze data coming from Condition Monitoring and follow up on corrective recommendation where required.

Advise on non-intrusive technologies that should be implemented by Maintenance based on condition as

“vibration analysis”, “oil analysis”, “monitoring infrared thermography”, “acoustic emission”, 6 / 17

“ultrasound”, “electrical partial discharge” and “motor current analysis” are part of the suite of maintenance practices in its predictive Maintenance strategy adopted to assure the required availability and reliability of some of its assets.

Analyze equipment performance data and integrity and reliability metrics to identify trends, assess risks, and propose targeted improvements.

Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to ensure the effective implementation of reliability- focused maintenance practices, such as CBM and PdM.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices, Such as ISO 14224, while establishing processes to exceed regulatory requirements.

Conduct integrity and reliability assessments during the design phase of new projects to influence equipment selection and system configurations.

Mentor and guide multidisciplinary teams in integrity and reliability engineering principles, fostering a culture of proactive asset management.

Act as a subject matter expert, providing technical expertise and support during audits, inspections, and technical reviews.

Lead root cause investigations (RCA’s) for “major failures”, ensuring effective resolution and knowledge transfer to prevent recurrence.

Conduct Integrity and Reliability studies’ for “incidents and chronic failures” to improve integrity, reliability and process safety.

Play a pivotal role in achieving operational excellence by minimizing downtime, reducing maintenance costs, and ensuring safe, efficient, and uninterrupted operations.

Location : Jurong Island –Singapore / Kingdom of Bahrain. Project Scope: Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Fabrication & Installation of SPT Olefins Recovery Project, this projects composes of process Area + utilities + Offsite + Off plot facilities. Testing, Pre Commissioning and Commissioning: Executing all disciplines testing’s, pre-commissioning & commissioning activities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Company representative for clients, Consultancy Firms & Third Party Inspection Agencies (TPI’s).

Assist in business development, company pre-qualification, spec review at bidding stage, bidding, contract negotiation during the Pre-award stage till contract signing.

Reporting financials to the corporate office (Billing, Invoicing, recognized revenue reporting, Cap EX …. Etc).

Risk management and variation orders / Claims, Back-charges, penalties …. etc.

Identifying and negotiating scope changes with the client.

Overall project monitoring (Critical Path Follow Up) &initiating recovery plans to mitigate schedule impact.

Making sure all the milestones are achieved within budget.

Overall monitoring for material procurement & Engineering issues.

Responsible for all contractual issues & correspondence.

Responsible for the project management duties detailed as following:

Supervising and leading a team of managers, direction and coordination of all project resources, with entire responsibility in order to1T1T 1T1Tensure that construction meets all client contractual requirements in the most cost effective and efficient manner.

Managing, directing and co-coordinating all projects/sites with responsibility for the execution of the project in compliance with all contractual requirements, ensure that resources usage is optimized to achieve, or exceed, the company projected profit margins. Occasionally leads proposal preparation efforts.

Reviewing contract/tendering documentations, to ensure a thorough understanding of the contract requirements
