● Hired by Canada-based Cowater International to lead a national initiative in Bangladesh, where I designed and executed career development plans for over 60,000 nurses as part of a major healthcare workforce strengthening project.
● Provided direct technical guidance to government authorities and ensured successful implementation of project deliverable s in health workforce planning.
● Review the government `s update career path (CP) in relation to three streams and plan (Service, Education and Administration) to establish a doable and acceptable career path specially for service stream Nurses.
● Played a key role in knowledge dissemination strategies, ensuring research findings were translated into actionable policy recommendations.

●Led the Public Health Wing as Additional Secretary, overseeing national programs in primary healthcare, drug regulation, and child immunization, including EPI, Hepatitis B, Polio, IMCI, ARI, and GAVI initiatives. Managed a $221 million 4-year portfolio, coordinating annual National Immunization Days that vaccinated 25 million children each year across Bangladesh.
●Directed implementation of donor-funded disease control programs, including for TB, malaria, kala-azar, filariasis, dengue, anthrax, SARS, and arsenic exposure.
●Oversaw national drug policies, licensing, import/export regulation, and pharmaceutical GMP enforcement. Started legislative reforms in the drug sector for ensuring quality drugs for the consumer in the country and abroad.

● Coordinated multi-ministerial and international collaboration to improve services and policies for children with autism and neuro developmental disabilities. Represented Bangladesh in global autism and disability policy forums.
