Job Duties: Led and drove continuous improvement with the monthly process to calculate, analyze, report

(internal and external), and paid GPO administrative rebate fees. Supervised efforts to identify non-compliance, identify practices and processes that contribute to non-compliance, eliminated GPO compliance risk, and ensured alignment of GPO affiliation and Pricing assignment. Served as the Finance lead supporting GPO audits and lead B2B engagements with GPO customers. Reviewed clients’ findings, perform counter audits and provide detailed answers. Designed and built process, including documenting standard operating procedures, to ensure accuracy to administrative rebate fee payments and fee schedule assignment. Partnered with the GPO National Accounts team and the Pricing Operations team in support business reviews, contract negotiations and terms, utilization reports, and ad hoc analysis/data requests. Prepared and reviewed RFP/RFI for new contracts and contract renewals. Client names and addresses are manipulated/transformed/translated in various logics, to achieve a match between Quest GPO client’s account numbers and GPO members’ demographics. This complex system identifies GPO members’ accounts, doing business with Quest Diagnostics and eligible for contract support. The output of this process is used for Rebate payments, Test utilization compilations, Pricing negotiations, Pricing proposals, Budget preparations, Audit item reconciliations and new sale acquisitions.

• Designed, built and managed the highly acclaimed “Enhanced GPO Tracking” system with a monthly process of more than 0.5 million records. Rebate accounts are presented in various buckets (new accounts, expired accounts, migrated accounts from one GPO to another). The output is distributed to various teams such as Pricing Support for correcting any pricing discrepancies and aligning the correct fee schedules and National Accounts for managing GPO members’ declining sales.

• Designed and built the “Administrative Fee Payment” system and its components. This system is used to process and report rebates owed to the GPO members. The system applies rebate percentages to the sales amounts generated by each account and computes the actual rebate amounts. The system also processes any adjustments

(retractions and additions) on previous amounts. The results are provided to Management for payment approvals, to Accounts Payable for issuing payments, and to the GPOs for allocating the rebates across their respective members.
