In my current role as a Sales Supervisor, I’m managing a team of 12 reps with different tenure. Many with little to no sales background. My goal is to train them to sell telecommunication products 4
(Internet, Video, Voice and Mobile) D2D. With our office goal of 17 NCR’s and 3 Mobile as a minimum. I find the role challenging, but very exciting! I was a D2D sales concierge/DSR... Selling all 4 lines of business (TV, Internet, Voice and Mobile) to our residential customers. Our required field time was M-F and Saturdays. My team sold NCR's with as many PSU's to each potential customer, by creating need and Top Down Selling. My 16+ years as a technician with Charter/TWC gave me a edge to better serve our customers and sell through product knowledge.

I was trained as a telephony tech for the first 2 years, before being crossed trained in the inception of internet and digital TV. I worked both with aerial and underground installations. Following all OSHA and G-095 rules for low voltage. My last few years were spent as supervisor performing Trouble calls, doing field evaluations and QC-ing my team's work ensuring company guidelines are met. We also began customer follow ups to better serve/address any concerns…as well as providing positive interactions with subscribers.
