I have over 20 years of accounting experience, including work with accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and bookkeeping through the general ledger and financial statements. Over those years, I have developed my management and accounting skills through various industries to be an effective resource for companies needing accounting and office staff. During my past jobs, I have worked with supervision on administration duties, as well as accounting projects including managing payroll and tax filing.
I have worked several accounting positions over the years after managing my own business with my Partner for eight years, where I took care of all the financial aspects as well as the office duties. In my previous capacity as a Bookkeeper at Mission BBQ, I accurately maintained multiple ledgers within QuickBooks while self-managing multiple projects and learning new concepts regularly under deadlines. I was responsible for compiling the company's financial statements and tax filings for several States as well as running a bi-weekly payroll.
