Back to Hilton! Became AGM of Tru by Hilton in Deadwood. We are still using OnQ, however I've used many different PMS systems and have no fear of learning anything new. We have a great team at Liv Hospitality. That great team does a lot of the back end building blocks. I have worked for smaller properties where I was responsible for third party availability and marketing.

Became GM of SpringHill. While working at Cadillac Jack's as a general manager of a Marriott, I've had a plethora of learning experiences and have gained so much knowledge while working for Liv Hospitality. I'm very savvy at rate changes and finding brand standards. I did Marriott GM training and had certificates completed on time in accordance with Marriott standards.

I left Spearfish Canyon Lodge and became Tru's night auditor. I quickly became the FOM Front Office Manager. I was responsible for market inventory ordering and end of month counts. The front desk was my department. Maintaining brand standards in the market as well as staff training. I became R&I and GRO proficient quickly and have high standards of tracking and maintaining rate strategies on the fly.
