spray drier.

● Manufacturing of Detergent powder

● Manufacturing of Detergent bar with twin worm vacuum plodder.

● Operation and maintenance of steam production using smoke tube boilers of capacity of 6 Mt

and 10 Kg pressure.

● Well experience in oil blend making process, Batch making process in ( Both Saponification and

Additive Crutcher)

Worked as a Operational Head (Cosmetic plant) in JHS Svendgaard Laboratories Ltd. Kala Amb Himachal since

from Jan 2008. JHS is One of the top Most Producer in tooth paste tooth brush. And Effervesence tablets.

JHS site is a new Class B contract manufacturing site for Wella products. This is a newly constructed site

with P & G resources involved in building and facility design review. JHS is currently producing some

commodity products like toothbrushes for Dabur customers. Company has now invested and expanded to

be P & G contract manufacturer. The semi finished bulk for JHS will be supplied by Wella Thailand &

Germany and the scope of Wella operations at JHS will involve a final mixing of one ingredient to make the

final bulk product followed by the filling and packing. The products intended to be filled are Wella Strate

& Welloxon Cream Developer and Biotouch shampoo.

Handling plant having 500 workers and 30 staffs. Total responsible for ensuring the highest production levels with

the best quality standards. Production, planning, schedule Daily meeting. Quality Audit including product

quality & Process quality & Monitor cost of quality. Customer feedback analysis & Response, Achieving

production and quality targets. Planning and co-ordination with maintenance for preventive and

breakdown maintenance jobs. Trouble-shooting of plant problems, Focusing on areas like cost

reduction/improvement of productivity. Improved house keeping reduced rework and rejection, reduced

over time, reduced power consumption. Attend daily meeting with vice-president, Attend tele conference

with P&G weekly twice.
