At Sunrise Senior Living I worked as a Lead Care Manager with Seniors who have Dementia, Hoyer lifts and Hospice. On a regular day basis I make sure rooms are in great condition, kitchen is clean, keep an eye on residents who like to wander and I also help serve and feed for Breakfast, Lunch and dinner with people who have specific dietary needs like Mechanical, puree and thickening drinks. Make sure everyone gets changed or toileted 3 times during my shift. Make sure others get put down for a nap after lunch and up for dinner. I made sure I interacted with everyone, helped everyone and helped them learn who I was, what I was doing and making sure they felt comfortable with me being around and helping .
