Customer Service Representaive

* Download Spare Parts orders that are placed by Rolex Authorize Jewelers and Non- Authorize Jewelers via MRWS worldwide ordering system using the standard operating procedures as defined

* Answer incoming calls from Jewelers concerning the status of their orders and availability of Spare Parts. Place outbound calls to Jewelers when necessary to follow up on issues and concerns with their orders

* Assist Jewelers in finding the correct parts to complete their in-house repairs of Rolex, Cellini and Tudor time pieces

* Ensure that Jewelers receive their orders in a timely manner

* Communicate with Jewelers by phone and email

* Provide FedEx tracking numbers to Jewelers and track packages when requested

* Communicate with the Rolex and Tudor ASM, along with the Rolex Field Service team members

* Assisted the National Spare Parts Manager in writing and creating the Standard Operating Procedures for Order Processing via MRWS

* Backup and assist in all areas of the Spare Parts Department when needed to include the following areas:

-Shipping, Remstars (picking parts), Parcel Management, Exchanges, Inventory Control, Scanning, Sorting and Storing the Geneva shipment
